Establishment Details

Department of Business Administration (BBA) was established in the year 2007 as self-financing programme. The curriculum is framed keeping the university syllabus. There are four faculty members working in the department. Indian as well as abroad students are graduated in the department regularly.

Activities of Department

  • The department organizes seminars, workshops, Guest Lectures and Webinars at national and international levels every year.
  • The department arranges for Industrial Visits to various parts of the states like Tuticorin VOC Port, for enhancing the industrial experience.
  • The department arranges for Handful Rice Scheme as an extension activity.

Course Features

  • The students can work as HR executive in MNCs.
  • The students can shine well in the field of marketing as executives and specialists.
  • The students can become successful entrepreneurs in various fields
  • The students can gain leadership qualities to lead the human resource.
  • The students undergo the project in various industries at UG level as the PG students are doing.

Achievements

  • The students of the department get Form III in participaing Kabaddi, Football and Hockey matches at the University Level.
  • The students presented their own research papers on the stages of conferences, held at other colleges in State level and National level.
